SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer free shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped fully insured. All orders over $200 will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure over $200 you must provide a shipping address that allows you to sign for your order. As a precaution against fraud, orders over $1000 with shipping addresses different from the billing address provided will be double checked. We will make sure that your credit card/ form of payment also has this alternate shipping address on file.
You can have someone else sign for your package, but we will need this information during check out. You can also have your package shipped to a local UPS store (United States only), so you can sign for it at your leisure. If you would like a Saturday delivery to ensure you can sign for your package, this can be arranged (relevant fees apply). For any questions about shipping, write us at us@meandmaia.com
Most orders that are made-to-order, which means that our shipping times are slightly longer. jewelry which is custom made or OOS , which takes 8-10 business days. Bespoke orders take longer, depending on the order.
Delivery details:
Ground shipping: 3-5 business days
Delivery to AK, HI, PR, APO/ FPO addresses can take from 4-6 weeks.

International shipping:
All international shipments will incur their own additional taxes, tariffs and duties, which vary by country. Typically, these costs vary from $45 to $95 based on the country. We use DHL and FedEx for these shipments. Packages shipping to Europe, Australia and New Zealand are estimated to cost $20 via USPS.
All fees are to be paid by the customer. These will be calculated at checkout. Please note that meandmaia.com has no control over these requirements.
Gifts/ Engraving:
We offer free gift packaging on any product. You will be prompted to indicate this at checkout, along with a gift message.
You can also have your product engraved with a personalized message for an additional fee. You can indicate this by selecting “engraving options” on relevant products.
Gift cards:
E-gift cards can be redeemed online. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value. Gift cards may not be used to purchase more gift cards.
