- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return any unused purchase within a 30-day window. This policy is extended to 60-days each year during the Winter holiday season (November 1st to January 31st).
- Please ensure to send us your product in the packaging it came in with original tags. Altered items by third parties won't be taken back.

- Once your returned item is received it will be inspected and processed. You will receive an email confirming the delivery and we will begin to process your refund. Items that show signs of wear, damage or have been altered (for example, resized by another jeweler) will not be accepted for return. We retain the right to deny a return and re-ship the item to customers if used or altered, at our discretion.

- We accept exchanges in a 30-day window for other items of similar or greater purchase value . Customized jewelry (resized, engraved, bespoke) is NOT eligible for exchange or return.
